What qualifications are we screening for?
Our screening process is straight forward. We are looking for long term tenants with no criminal records, no eviction, and enough incomes to pay for rents.

How long does it take for background check?
With a complete rental application and supporting documents, we should have the results in two business days.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are only allowed on case-by-case basis. In general, dangerous breeds and larger pets of more than 20 lbs are not allowed. Certain pet fees apply.

When are monthly rents due?
Rents are due on the 1st of the month. Late charges of 10% will apply if rents are not received by our office by the 5th.

After viewing the pictures and descriptions, my family and I liked what we saw. We drove by the neigborhood, and we like it. How do we see the inside?
Properties under National Brokers management are pretty much have move-in conditions. You are more than welcome, however, to see all the details inside. Please contact our office for an appointment.

I saw some lock boxes or for-sale signs at the property. Is the house going to foreclosure?
Majority of properties under National Brokers management are owed by investors for long-term objectives. Once in a while, an investor just purchased a house from foreclosure and immediately put it up for rent. The real estate company might not have enough time to remove the sign. Lock boxes are sometimes installed there for servicing purpose.
