Our lenders now offer e-signing documents that borrowers can sign while in line to get their lunch. In addition, we also minimize income documents from buyers. If you are W2 income borrowers and your employers offer The Work-number Employment Verification, we will get your income documents directly from vendor. This means:

• No Bank Statements required
• No Paystubs and W2s Required!
• No 1040 Tax Returns Required
• No 4506-T form Required
• No special approval required.
